Second-brain capture bot

A Telegram bot that turns a typed or spoken message into the right Notion task, note or calendar event, and plans tomorrow with you every evening.

About

Capturing a thought should take seconds and land in the right place. Send the bot a line of text, a voice note or a link from your phone, in Hebrew or English, and it files it where it belongs. When it is not sure, it asks with one tap instead of guessing. In the evening it goes over what is open and books tomorrow on your calendar.

Why I built it

I run my life on two methods that fit together well. GTD, Getting Things Done, is about emptying your head. The moment something appears you capture it, then you sort it into next actions, projects, things you are waiting for and things for someday. PARA is about where things live. Four folders, Projects, Areas, Resources and Archive, so every note has one obvious home and nothing is ever filed twice. GTD answers what to do next, PARA answers where it goes. The weak point of any such system is the first step. If capturing a thought takes more than a few seconds, you stop capturing. This bot is that first step, done properly. It takes the thought off my hands wherever I am and files it where the rest of the method expects to find it.

What it does

Capture anything
Text, voice notes and links from the phone, in Hebrew or English.
Filed where it belongs
Tasks, notes, references and events each go to their own place in Notion.
Asks when unsure
An unclear message gets a one-tap confirmation instead of a wrong guess.
Nothing gets lost
Every message is kept safely before the bot answers, so a hiccup never swallows it.
Plans tomorrow with you
An evening check-in turns open tasks into calendar blocks, and the calendar stays in sync.

How it works

A message is kept first, then understood. Voice is transcribed and links are read, one model call decides where it belongs, and anything unclear waits for a tap.
